Like Nick, I grew up practically living at the local Library. My sister and I could check-out 6 books each and we had a week to read all 12 between us. We did. Every week! It is one of my most precious memories. Walking to the Library with our dad and sitting in the evenings, after food, homework and housework and just reading. Enjoy your Library.. it sounds perfect!!

Yes, I just checked it and you’re right. It’s the setting of the theme, unfortunately. But I guess on a positive note, it showcases the individual blogposts and their photos really well.

I think I used 15 balls all told – I’ve got quite a few mini balls leftover. I think I certainly could have done better if I’d just spit-spliced the yarn instead of doing Russian joins! Also my sleeves did end up maybe an inch too long for me.

Ooh, that reminds me: Nick and I are going to check out our local cinema, the Greenwich Picturehouse, as we want to go less to multiplexes, and they do showings of the Met! We get good prices if we decide to join as members. Will let you know.
